Care Instructions

Our apparel items and blankets are super soft and cozy. Here are a few tips to keep them nice and comfy.

Apparel

Your new Lofi Threads clothing can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Don’t use bleach. You shouldn't use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items. (Unless it’s one of our embroidered apparel items–those can be dry cleaned.)

Your new apparel can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang-dry works best. When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Don't iron the print.

Blankets

Our blankets can be machine-washed cold with like colors at no more than 86ºF (30ºC). Don't use bleach and don't dry-clean. It's best to hang-dry, but tumble-drying can be used on a low cycle if necessary.

Shipping & Returns Policy

SHIPPING

Most of our products are custom-made and go into production after you place your order.

- Our products usually take between 3 and 7 business days to create. Then they are shipped out to you.

- As a general guide, please calculate to receive your items up to 14 business days after placing your order (USA & Canada). International orders may take a month or more, depending on the destination. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding shipping timelines.

- COVID delays are still impacting delivery services in some areas. While we do our best to get your order to you in a timely manner, we cannot take responsibility for delays once the items are handed over to the delivery company.

- Please note the buyer is responsible for any import duties or taxes that may apply. Lofi Threads holds no responsibility for costs incurred.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want every one of our customers to love their purchase! If there is any problem with your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we will do our best to put things right.
